How do I return an item?

Return Policy:

We allow 30 days for unopened/undamaged/unused items to be returned for full refund. We want you to be satisfied with any STAGE product you purchase, so please contact us if you have ANY issue.

Exchange Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase or purchased the wrong item, we will exchange the item for you. This can be done via store credit for the purchase amount of the original item.

STAGE Warranty Policy: 

All warranty claims must be approved by our customer service team.  Contact customer service in advance before shipping a warranty claim to us.  STAGE will not cover the cost of shipping the warranty claim to us, but will cover the cost of shipping the product back.  If a warranty claim is approved STAGE will replace or repair the product at no cost.

STAGE Paddles Warranty Policy:

STAGE provides a one year warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship on it's line of premium paddles  (the paddle included in the iSUP kits are not covered by this warranty) .  This warranty applies to only the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accident,  or abuse.  Contact customer service at support@stageideas.com for warranty claims.

 STAGE iSUP Warranty Policy:

STAGE provides a limited one year warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship on it's line of iSUPs. The warranty covers only the inflatable SUP and not any additional components included in the kit (the kit paddle, the leash, the bag, the pump, the repair kit).  The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused from:

  • Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Damage or defects caused by impact or abrasion with any objects (rocks, beach, sand, tiger muskie, etc)
  • Damage or defects caused by storage of board in non-climate controlled environment. (store inside between 32 and 90 deg F)
  • Damage or defects caused by transporting, loading, unloading, roof racks, tie downs, dropping.
  • Damage or defects caused by pets and wild animals, dogs, cats, bears.
  • Damage or defects caused by exposure to sunlight while not in use.  Store board inside away from sunlight. 
  • Damage or defects caused by storing board in a damp environment (storing in a wet bag for example)
  • Damage or defects caused by repairs.
  • Damage or defects caused by over-tightening straps/ropes/objects to D-rings.
  • Damage or defects of fins caused by improper storage.
  • The loss of the removable fins for any reason.

STAGEwear Warranty Policy:

STAGE provides a one year warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship on all STAGEwear (gloves, facemasks, balaclavas, neckwarmers).  This warranty applies to only the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accident, or abuse.  Contact customer service at support@stageideas.com for warranty claims.

STAGE Goggle Warranty Policy:

STAGE provides a two year warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty applies to only the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, scratches on lens, improper storage, improper cleaning, wiping lens without included goggle cloth, chemicals.  Contact customer service at support@stageideas.com for warranty claims.

STAGE Bag Warranty Policy:

STAGE provides a one year warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty applies to only  the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of materials.   Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered under warranty, please place all these claims directly with the airline.  Contact customer service at support@stageideas.com for warranty claims.

Love Your Lens Policy

We want you to love your STAGE Stunt Lenses. We offer a 30 day period for you to fall in love with you lens. If the relationship doesn't work out, you can exchange your lens for another lens of equal or lesser value.
