1. What is the 2SIDE Paddle?

The 2SIDE Paddle is a revolutionary double-sided paddle designed for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It enables you to paddle faster, further, and with remarkable stability without switching sides.

2. How does the 2SIDE Paddle work?

The double-sided design lets you maintain your paddling rhythm without switching sides, allowing you to maintain speed and balance, making your SUP experience more enjoyable and less tiring.

3. Can I adjust the 2SIDE Paddle's height?

Yes, the 2SIDE Paddle features a quick cam-lock adjustment system, allowing you to adjust the height on the fly securely and without the need for tools. In addition, you can adjust the paddle to fit most 5’0” to 6’5” users. 

4. Is the 2SIDE Paddle resistant to weather?

Absolutely. All materials used in the 2SIDE Paddle are resistant to salt water, high-temperature warpage, and impact.

5. Does the 2SIDE paddle float?

Yes, the 2SIDE paddle floats but won't stay afloat indefinitely. While the blade shaft pieces are foam-filled, the paddle will start to sink slowly as the foam gets wet. Typically, you can count on it floating for 30 seconds. However, we've seen paddles floating for over 2 minutes. Do note that you need to assemble the paddle before it will float fully.

6. Can the 2SIDE paddle be dismantled for transport and storage?

Yes, the 2SIDE Paddle is a 3-piece design that can be easily dismantled into three pieces for convenient transportation and storage. 

7. Can I convert the 2SIDE into a traditional SUP paddle?

Yes, all 2SIDE models now include a spare handle for converting to a traditional SUP paddle if desired.

8. What materials are used in the 2SIDE Paddle?

The 2SIDE Paddle is available in different materials, including aluminum, 60% carbon fiber, and 100% carbon fiber, each offering different benefits and characteristics.

9. What is the "Love Your 2SIDE Paddle Guarantee"?

Our Love Your Paddle Guarantee ensures that you can return your 2SIDE Paddle within 30 days of purchase for free, even if you used it. We acknowledge that the 2SIDE Double-Sided SUP Paddle might not be everyone's cup of tea - and that's okay. However, for certain paddleboarders, the 2SIDE will be a game-changer.

10. Does the paddle come with a warranty?

Yes, we back the 2SIDE paddle with a one-year limited warranty that covers any defects arising from the manufacturing process. If you need to make a warranty claim, simply contact us at support@stageideas.com.

11. What is your shipping policy?

We provide free shipping for all orders over $35, which applies to the lower 48 states in the USA. If you place your order before 2 PM MST, we'll ship it out the same day.
