I paddleboard 3x a week before work for last 4 years with a group of friends. I felt I need to change something. I was thinking about a new board but I love my inflatable Body Glover performance 11 board! So I took a rist and bouth STAGE stend up kayak paddle.
I LOVE IT! I am using it every time I am getting on the board and I do not imagine coming back to my regular paddle or my kayak paddle. I have so much fun! It si also great workout! I feel as using this paddle it is like flying, dancing, and swimming in one! Thank you STAGE!
My old paddle broke and it was unique in that it had the ability to connect into a 2 sided paddle for kayaking on my SUP board with the attachable seat. I was on the hunt for another paddle that had similar capabilities and came across Stage's double sided paddle. I opted for the 100% carbon fiber one and so glad I did as it is light as a feather! The paddle was flawless on the water and allowed for quick and easy length adjustments as I go from standing to sitting quite frequently. I was surprised at the range of adjustments you can do, making it perfect for people of all heights. The paddle itself is very sturdy and made paddling into the wind so much easier! The paddle breaks down into 3 pieces for ease of carry and storage. Adding a carrying bag that could hold all the pieces together would be the only suggestion I would make, other than that-- don't hesitate to buy, you will not be disappointed!
After using the paddle for just one day, I was hooked! My old paddle had been working fine for me, but I found myself struggling to get through the water quickly. The length is adjustable, and the clamping mechanism is far superior to my previous paddle. Overall, I think this is an excellent purchase.
Our friend gave us a paddle board but we didn’t have a paddle. We looked around and decided on this one because it can be used as a single paddle or a double paddle, It was reasonably priced, and had fastest delivery. The paddle is sturdy and easy to adjust. Very happy with the stage 2-side.
